- Development of a completely customized training schedule – working with your current fitness, lifestyle, work schedule, and personal preferences
- Workouts emailed weekly and updated in a private Google Doc
- Unlimited access to me via phone/email/text for plan adjustments and questions
- Weekly motivation emails to keep you inspired and on track, plus texts/emails after key workouts
- Race week planning and development of race strategy, along with information about nutrition/hydration, injury prevention, stretching and more
