  • Initial phone or in-person (for athletes in Richmond, VA) consultation
  • Evaluation of race history, past training, and current fitness level
  • Development of a completely customized training schedule – working with your current fitness, lifestyle, work schedule, and personal preferences
  • Workouts emailed weekly and updated in a private Google Doc
  • Unlimited access to me via phone/email/text for plan adjustments and questions
  • Weekly motivation emails to keep you inspired and on track, plus texts/emails after key workouts
  • Race week planning and development of race strategy, along with information about nutrition/hydration, injury prevention, stretching and more
